Enrique David Zamora, Esq. – Partner

Enrique is a partner at the firm of Zamora, Hillman & Villavicencio whose practice focuses on litigating and administering guardianships and trusts, as well as estate planning. Enrique has developed expertise in administering complex, high-value estates from start to finish. He has represented personal representatives throughout Florida and has facilitated distribution of estate assets to heirs located in the United States and Latin America. Enrique also represents Cuban heirs of domestic estates and helps them comply with the Office of Foreign Asset Control regulations to facilitate receipt of inheritances to the heirs in Cuba. With respect to guardianships, Enrique has represented incapacitated persons and their caregivers to assist them with various financial matters, such as establishing payment plans for long-term care and preparing and submitting all court-required accountings. With a background in finance, Enrique is knowledgeable of, and sensitive to, his clients’ needs to conserve estate or guardianship assets and to reduce tax liability.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Enrique worked as an associate in the complex commercial litigation and probate litigation divisions of a large Florida law firm. He represented businesses and professionals in a variety of disputes, including those arising from breaches of contracts, breaches of fiduciary duty, and will contests (including claims of undue influence, improper execution, and lack of testamentary capacity). Enrique also assisted clients with determining homestead exemption eligibility.
