Louis M. Hillman-Waller, Esq. – Managing Partner

Louis is a founding partner of Zamora, Hillman & Villavicencio with over 34 years of legal experience. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, magna cum laude, in 1982 and his Juris Doctor in 1985 from the University of Miami School of Law. His areas of concentration are in Probate, Guardianship and Trust law with an emphasis on litigation. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator, having conducted between over 400 mediations in all types of civil matters in both the English and Spanish languages.

His professional memberships include the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Cuban American Bar Association and the South Florida Mediator’s Society. He has served as a former member of the Grievance Committee of the Florida Bar, Eleventh Judicial Circuit, and currently serves on the Professional Panel for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Professionalism Committee. He is admitted to the Trial Bar for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Louis is the recipient of the Meritorious Public Service Award from the Florida Bar (2005) and was awarded an AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating, the highest rating afforded an attorney, from Martindale-Hubbell.
