Stephanie Villavicencio, Esq. – Partner

With over 15 years of legal experience and more than a decade as a law firm partner, Stephanie Villavicencio is a Board-Certified Elder Law Attorney dedicated to advocating for the elderly and protecting the rights of vulnerable individuals in the community. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and guardianship law, where she brings both deep legal knowledge and a compassionate approach to every client matter.

At Zamora, Hillman & Villavicencio, Stephanie represents clients in estate administration and guardianship proceedings—including family, professional, and public guardianships—and provides trusted counsel on comprehensive estate planning strategies. She is recognized for her ability to guide clients through emotionally sensitive and legally complex issues with care and clarity.

In addition to her legal practice, Stephanie is committed to legal education. She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at St. Thomas University School of Law, where she teaches Guardianship Law, and has previously taught legal studies courses at Miami-Dade College. Her involvement with The Florida Bar includes leadership roles in the Elder Law Section, Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, and the Professional Ethics Committee.

A frequent lecturer and writer on elder law topics, Stephanie has spoken at statewide conferences and contributed to legal publications, including her role as former Editor of Elder Law Advocate. Her distinguished service has earned her several accolades, including the Luminary Excellence Award from the Florida State Guardianship Association (2024) and the Outstanding Service Award from The Florida Bar Elder Law Section (2020).

She earned her law degree from St. Thomas University College of Law, where she was awarded multiple Book Awards, and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami.
