Stephanie Villavicencio, Esq. – Partner

Stephanie is a partner at the firm of Zamora, Hillman & Villavicencio. Her practice is dedicated to probate, guardianship and estate planning. Stephanie is a member of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar where she serves as the Chair of the Mentoring Committee and former Editor of the section’s magazine, Elder Law Advocate. She is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and recipient of the section’s fellowship program for years 2016-2018.

As an adjunct professor, Stephanie teaches courses at the Law Center of Miami Dade College in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Estates, Legal Writing and Trial Preparation. She has authored publications with the Florida Bar Journal (“Adoption of Daubert in the Amendment to F.S. §90.702 Tightens Rules for Admissibility of Expert Witness Testimony” 88-OCT Fla. B.J. 38), the Elder Law Advocate (“The right to bear arms as a removable right in incapacity proceedings” Vol. XIX, No. 1, Spring 2011), and the St. Thomas Law Review (“Standards and Basic Principles of Examining and Evaluating Capacity in Guardianship Proceedings”, 26 St. Thomas L. Rev. 64 (Fall 2013)). Her other professional memberships include the American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association and Cuban American Bar Association.
